Noel Carter was living in Bangkok, came to Thai Wakepark and pretty much immediately realized that he should open a cable park in California.  In 2011, I hooked him up with Nico at Sesitec and the rest is history.  I thought it was pretty cool that he jsut went for it, and it's always a great park to hit, when I am in The States.
