Every lesson uses live coaching. A waterproof headset sits under your helmet, and your coach talks you through every lap in real time, so you hear the correction the second you need it.
Waterproof, with a speaker over each ear and a mic in front, so you can hear your coach and talk back.

Riding hours on your wristband, spread across as many visits as you like. Use them within 90 days.
